1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Remnis, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and our {privacy}. If you do not agree with any of the conditions, do not use our services.
2Description of Service
Remnis is a digital memory preservation platform that allows:
Create and organize memories with photos, texts, people and location.
Link physical objects to digital memories using artificial intelligence recognition.
Share memories privately with selected people.
Organize moments in themed timelines.
3Registration & Account
To use Remnis, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
It is prohibited to create accounts on behalf of third parties without express authorization or to use false information during registration.
4Acceptable Use
By using Remnis, you agree not to:
Post illegal, offensive, defamatory, pornographic content or content that violates third-party rights.
Use the service for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
Attempt to access systems, data or accounts of other users without permission.
Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access or collect data from the service.
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
5User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Remnis (photos, texts, metadata). By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to store, process and display that content exclusively for service delivery.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We guarantee that we will not use your content for training artificial intelligence models or for any purpose beyond operating the service.
6Plans & Payments
Subscriptions
Paid plans (Premium and Premium+) are charged on a recurring basis for the selected period. Payment processing is handled by the app stores (App Store and Google Play) via RevenueCat.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period. After cancellation, your account returns to the free plan.
Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play policy, depending on the platform used for the purchase.
7Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice in cases of serious violation.
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. After termination, your content will be irreversibly deleted within 30 days, as provided in the Privacy Policy.
8Limitation of Liability
Remnis is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for data losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control, misuse of the service or actions of third parties. We recommend that you maintain backups of content you consider irreplaceable.
9Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Brazilian law, especially the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018). The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle any disputes.
