This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DNGX Tecnologia, responsible for the Remnis application. By installing or using the application, you agree to all terms of this agreement.

1License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Remnis application on devices you own or control, exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

This license is conditioned on full compliance with this EULA and the {terms}.

2Restrictions

You expressly may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense the application or any part of it.

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application.

Remove, alter or obscure intellectual property notices in the application.

Use the application to provide services to third parties commercially.

Circumvent technical protection measures implemented in the application.

Create derivative works based on the application without prior written authorization.

3Intellectual Property

The Remnis application, including its source code, design, brand, logo, texts, features and exclusive technologies (such as the AI object recognition system), are the exclusive property of DNGX Tecnologia and protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights in the application to you. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved.

4Subscriptions & Purchases via App Store / Google Play

Apple App Store

For iOS users, purchases are processed by Apple Inc. This EULA is entered into between you and DNGX Tecnologia, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application. In case of non-conformity of the app with the applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price.

Google Play

For Android users, purchases are processed by Google LLC. This EULA governs exclusively the relationship between you and DNGX Tecnologia. Google LLC is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the application or its content.

By making a purchase, you also agree to the Terms of Service of the respective store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

5Application Updates

We may release updates, patches or new versions of the application at any time. By installing an update, you agree that this EULA applies to the updated version. Some updates may be mandatory to maintain access to the service.

6License Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this EULA.

You may also terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application and closing your account. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies in your possession.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties related to the application.

8Governing Law

This EULA is governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DNGX Tecnologia regarding the use of the application.
